Account & Data Deletion

Quivry users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Use the Quivry account deletion request form and enter the email address connected to your Quivry account. If you no longer have access to that email address, include enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you.

Include your Quivry username if available. Your request will be sent securely to the Quivry administration team for review.

What will be deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Quivry account, including profile details, account identifiers, saved session data, uploaded content, community activity, and other account-linked app data that is no longer needed to provide the service.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or other legitimate business reasons. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonably quick period of time. We may contact you if more information is needed to verify the request or complete deletion.
