Question 1

What happens after the first year?

Accepted Answer

The 50% launch discount applies to your first year. After that, Pro and Coach plans renew at the regular annual price shown for the plan you picked. You can cancel any time before renewal.

Question 2

Is lifetime really forever?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One payment and the plan never bills again, for as long as Quivry runs. There is no renewal, no annual invoice and no price rise later.

Question 3

Why only 100 of each?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime is a founding-archer offer, not a permanent product. Capping each lifetime plan at 100 licences keeps it something we can honour properly. When they are gone, lifetime closes.

Question 4

Can I upgrade from Pro Lifetime to a coach plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro Lifetime stays yours, and you can add a coaching plan on top whenever you start working with students — you are not locked out of the ladder by buying lifetime early.

Question 5

I already subscribe through the App Store. Does this apply?

Accepted Answer

The same 50% launch discount is available in the app as an offer code, so you do not need to buy twice — it is one promotion in two places. If you want to move an existing App Store subscription to a lifetime licence, contact us before buying and we will sort out the overlap.

Question 6

Which plan do I need to coach?

Accepted Answer

Coach Starter covers one coach and six archers, and every one of those archers gets Pro for free. Beyond six students you move up the ladder to Coach Team, and you only pay the difference.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, lifetime licences included. We would rather return your money than keep it from someone the app did not suit.
