Age Suitability
This statement explains who the Quivry app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by karim (collectively, the "Application"), is suitable for, and the content and features that inform its age rating. karim is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Recommended Age
The Application is intended for users aged 16 and over. Sixteen is the age of digital consent in the Service Provider's jurisdiction, and it is the minimum age set out in the Application's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Users under 16 may use the Application only where a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted the Terms and provided consent on their behalf, where permitted by applicable law.
What Quivry Is
Quivry is an archery training and performance application. Its core features are personal scoring and shot logging, progress statistics and analytics, archery clubs and coaching, club and community sessions, leaderboards and competitions, and a social feed where members can share posts related to archery. The Application is designed for archers, coaches, and clubs, and is suitable for a general audience aged 16 and over.
Content Overview
The Application itself does not contain any of the following: sexual or pornographic content, nudity, gambling or simulated gambling, graphic or realistic violence, promotion of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, or profanity generated by the Application. Archery is a target sport; the Application presents it in a sporting and educational context and does not depict violence toward people or animals. The Application does not contain third-party advertising.
User-Generated Content and Moderation
The Application includes social features — archery clubs, community feeds, and posts — where members can share text and images. Content posted by other users is not created or endorsed by the Service Provider and, like any platform with user-generated content, may occasionally include material some users find objectionable despite the safeguards in place.
The Service Provider maintains safeguards proportionate to these features:
- Acceptable-use rules prohibiting illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, or violent content (see the Terms & Conditions)
- Tools for users to report content and to leave or block clubs and members
- A notice-and-action process for reporting allegedly illegal or objectionable content, with human review, in line with the EU Digital Services Act
- Removal of violating content and suspension or termination of accounts that breach the rules

Age Verification and Parental Consent
At account creation the Application asks for the user's date of birth. Users who indicate they are under 16 require a parent or legal guardian to review and accept the Terms and provide consent on their behalf, where permitted by law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without such consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the appropriate consent, contact karimazizc@quivry.com so the necessary action can be taken.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Quivry Pro and Quivry Coach). All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the account holder's payment method and store settings. Parents and guardians can restrict or disable purchases using the parental controls available on the device and store (for example, Apple's Screen Time and "Ask to Buy" within Family Sharing, or Google Play parental controls).
Parental Guidance
Parents and guardians can further manage a young person's use of the Application through the built-in controls on their device and app store, including Screen Time and content and privacy restrictions on iOS, Family Sharing and purchase approvals, and Google Play parental controls and Family Link. The Service Provider encourages guardians to supervise the use of any application with social features.
